A small, individualised Classic Pilates session incorporating all of the various Pilates Equipment. Maximum of 4 clients at a time however each session will be tailored to your individual needs and goals. An Initial session is needed for all new clients (same cost as regular session). We can cater for any type of injury, fitness level, size, shape or age in these sessions.
