At The Pilates Basement, we can cater for any type of injury, fitness level, size, shape or age group in our sessions. We have specialised Pilates equipment which allows us to modify or intensify any exercise to the individual's capability. Our instructors have all had extensive training and many years of experience to draw upon.

 

Some examples of the type of clients we are currently working with:

- Elite Athletes (including Ironman Triathletes, Cyclists and Runners)

- Pre and Post Natal Mothers (with specific equipment designed to accomodate pregnancy right up until full term)

- Serious Dance students

​

- Both Male and Females (with many Husband/Wife clients)

​

- Serious conditions such as Parkinson's and varying types of Arthritis

​

- Both young and old

​

As well as all types of Injury rehabilitation, both Chronic and Acute.
